About this blog: how we write and check our articles

Who writes the TerumoEdge Gulf MLS Blog, where our facts come from, how we compare review options fairly, and how to report an error.

Who writes this blog

The TerumoEdge Gulf MLS Blog is written by the team that builds the TerumoEdge Gulf MLS Ex-Sim, a practice simulator for the laboratory licensing exams that Gulf health authorities set for medical laboratory staff. Because we make a product that some articles discuss, we say so on every page.

Where our facts come from

  • SCFHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) exam blueprints and scoring notes, for the Saudi laboratory exams.
  • The Dubai Health Authority licensing manual and exam guideline, for the DHA exams and attempt rules.
  • Qatar's Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) exam and licensing pages, for the Qatar exam and its titles.
  • NHRA Bahrain guidance, for the licence and registration sequence.
  • The TerumoEdge bank itself for anything about the product.

Each authority is treated separately. Where we found no published figure for an authority, the article says "check with the authority" instead of guessing, and we never average one authority's numbers into another's.

Every article ends with a Sources section linking what it relied on. If a fact could not be checked against a source, it is not in the article.

How we compare review options

When we compare a simulator with a review center, a reviewer app, a free question group or a chatbot, we compare kinds of tools against stated criteria, not named companies. Where we say TerumoEdge does something, the sentence says what it is and how you can check it, usually in the free demo.

What we never do

  • Invent statistics, testimonials, quotes or reviewers.
  • Quote prices or fees in articles. The pricing page is always current.
  • Guarantee a pass, or state pass rates we cannot source.
  • Put a year in a title. A date appears in the text only beside the fact it governs.

Updates and corrections

Authorities can change their format, pass mark or rules without notice, so each figure is given "as published in" its source. We re-check articles when an authority publishes a change. To report an error, email team@exam-simulation.com with the article's address and what you believe is wrong.
